Can I cancel anytime?
The membership is a 12-month agreement. However, we have our new member guarantee—if we made a mistake and we can’t make it right, we will allow you to cancel provided we have the opportunity to correct any concerns that may have taken place.
When does coverage start?
Coverage starts immediately after signup. You can book your first tune-up right away.
What's the difference between Single and Full membership?
Single covers either your heating OR cooling system. Full covers BOTH systems with two annual tune-ups.
How do the partner discounts work?
Just let the partner business know you're an Air Source member. They'll confirm with us and apply your exclusive discount.
