Air Source Home Comfort is owned by technicians that have been in the field for many years. Because of this, we understand how challenging it is to perform installation and service work. Air Source Home Comfort is built around the technicians and we strive to make your career a fun experience. ​

• Technician training is completed in-house, where we bring in guests or have peer-to-peer training. Food and coffee are provided.

• It's not all work. We have events where the team comes together to blow off some steam. Bowling, Golf, BBQs and more. We understand that we need to have time to just relax too and build a strong team.

• Raise Structure - so you know exactly what is needed to earn a raise. There are no false promises or dangling a carrot.

• No negative behaviours are tolerated here. We understand we all have bad days, but we understand how important it is to have a positive work environment! This is why we make sure nobody on the team will cause undue hardship to the rest of the technicians.

• We are involved in the community. The community supports us, so we give back whenever we can as a team.

• 308R, 313D and 313A Apprenticeships are available for the right candidates.

• We are a Team. We understand that we all have to work together to form a great company. We all help each other out when needed and are also open to feedback to make it better for everyone.
