Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Air Source Home Comfort ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Air Source Home Comfort provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services including:

• Installation of heating and cooling equipment
• Repair and maintenance services
• Emergency HVAC services
• System inspections and assessments
• Air Source Membership maintenance programs

Service Appointments

When you schedule a service appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about your location, contact details, and the nature of the service required. You must ensure that an authorized adult (18 years or older) is present at the service location during the scheduled appointment time.

Pricing and Payment

• Service estimates are provided in good faith but may change based on actual conditions discovered during service
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved payment plans
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee

Warranties

Our warranty terms are as follows:

• Labor warranties vary by service type and are specified at the time of service
• Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may require registration
• Warranties may be voided if equipment is not properly maintained or is modified by unauthorized parties
• Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Source Home Comfort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Property Access

By scheduling a service appointment, you grant our technicians permission to access your property and HVAC systems as necessary to perform the requested services. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to equipment, including clearing pathways, securing pets, and providing necessary keys or access codes.

Emergency Services

Our 24/7 emergency services are available for urgent HVAC issues. Emergency service calls are prioritized based on safety concerns and equipment failure severity. Response times may vary based on current demand, weather conditions, and technician availability.

Air Source Membership

Membership in our Air Source Membership program is subject to separate terms and conditions provided upon enrollment. Membership benefits, pricing, and terms may change with advance notice to members.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Air Source Home Comfort and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
